llay Ron
- President -
Entrepreneur and filmmaker, llay Ron has established his successful career by winning multiple awards for his work and is covered by several media platforms in the US and abroad. Born and raised in Israel, llay has now made his home in NYC and LA for the past 20 years where he also created his international trans-Atlantic production company Renaissance Eye Productions, based in NYC and Paris. Ron's most recent collaborative film efforts have enjoyed world premieres at Cannes Film Festival, Santa Fe Film Festival, and Soho Film Festival among others worldwide. With the passing of Kenny Davis, llay has been the driving force for POLLINATE NYC and is working to fulfill his late husband's legacy and carry out the work he had started. Kenny's unexpected passing has created a major void in IIay's life which he filled by bringing the exhibit to life. The years with Kenny and working on the early stages of this project gave llay the ability to bring together amazing talents from all parts of the world in orchestrating and executing POLLINATE to the public.
Lance Whiteley
- Chief Operating Officer -
With over 25 years of experience in the international industry overseeing over $1B in construction, Lance's portfolio includes Fortune 50 flagship offices, extensive hospitality, retail, institutional, media, financial, and healthcare projects, as well as large, complex multi-use development projects. Lance's successful career was built managing large-scale,
fast-paced construction and development projects in New York, London, Los Angeles, and Sydney. Working in both Union and Open Shop environments, he has a vast understanding of all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. He has worked for prestigious companies such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, UBS-AG, BNY Mellon (Bank of New York, BMI Music, Omnicom Media Group, Grey Global, Vornado, The Waldorf Hotel - London, The Peninsula Hotel - NYC, The Hotel Intercontinental - NYC, The Marriott - NYC and Columbia University. In 2016, Lance founded Pivot Construction Representatives to help clients navigate their design and construction projects; leveraging decades of experience to ensure every decision is in the owner's best interest. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and graduated in Construction Management from the Sydney Institute of Technology.


Ian Sklarsky
- Director of Programing -
With a gallery in PVR, Mexico, and a studio in Brooklyn, NY, Ian's work has been featured in multiple magazines, books, fashion lines, and murals all over the world, including Details, Out, and Dramatist Guild, and L'uomo Vogue. Creating art forms and installations for many hotels and fashion houses, including YOTEL, Wyndham, Tomboy, Comodo Square, Durango, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Paul Smith. Some are still up and shown to this day, including a Mural at the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. In the past 5 years, Ian has engaged with VR/AR technology taking advantage of its amazing potential in education and entertainment for people interactions through their smart devices. Ian also tends bees with the Bee Conservancy in Manhattan and Governors Island, where he maintains and educates guests with his three beehives. Currently creating awareness and art alongside POLLINATE, creating some of his AR designs and interfaces.

Ana Alonso-Moller
- ART Director -
Inspired by different colorful cultures, Ana created some remarkable art pieces that translucent the light into her artwork mainly focusing on windows and frames. Working with reversed glass Ana uses sharp and unique shapes and colors to form her work. Similar to Tom Fruin's Mosaic glass house displayed in Brooklyn, Ana's talent to create her image truly captivates her viewers' attention. Born in Havana, Cuba into a multi-generational family of artists Ana shares similar painting techniques handed down by the late Cuban artist, Jon
(Fernando) Brito. Ana's work has been shown at several locations throughout the states including the Hortt42 exhibit in Fort Lauderdale and the Atlanta 4Walls exhibit for emerging talent. Recently she won one of the top awards at the Carnival on the Mile. Ana worked very closely with Kenny Davis on multiple projects including the Bing, Microsoft show for Bill Gates, multiple studio sets, the art decor for the 2009 White House Corresponding party, and on POLLINATE with image selection and design, up to his unexpected passing in 2015.
